Company culture has changed drastically, they want people to work like a BPO, where you will slog for 10-12 hours and give production. Company is working on hiring only freshers salary is peanuts

On all the negative points that i have mentioned they always keep talking about good work culture which is confined to the fact that you can take leave anytime you want.

Dislikes

No skill development, no credible work, very below the average salary. You wouldn't reach a six figure salary even after 4 or 5 years working in the company.

The team with product consulting mixes 3 jobs into one role and is severely overworked with no proper sick leaves and sick leaves being considered as unplanned which affect your KPIs if more than 3 in a month. That's just terrible. Work hours and conditions are terrible. Other teams in the company have much better working conditions

The pay is not upto the mark as compared to other peer companies since they follow median pay. Even after performing Extremely well they pay you very less.

The work culture is pretty good if you compare it to the Big 4s or the major Indian firms. The work itself is not too stressful, although it depends on your team and the manager.

Expect absolutely 0% growth in your career and skills during your time here. This is a dead end job which will just be good to pay your bills but kill your growth in the long run. It’s like working at a 100 year old Indian Public Bank with the same systems and processes, copy and paste model. You’ll always feel stuck and frustratedhere no matter how long you’ve been here. I’d advise working at a different company where you’ll have to burn the midnight oil for a year, but could equip yourself with the right skills ensuring long term growth. This job is for those who’ve been defeated by luck, who were left with no other choice but to accept this job. If you are in a desperate need of a job, like many people in the country at the moment, then you can go for this one. The work culture is slowing becoming stressful. Micro-managing is becoming very prominent and you failurre will be held against you during appraisal and promotions.

1) Morningstar is very employee-centric company. 2) Best work-life balance that I have seen 3) Work=life satisfaction and compnay culture are much better than other companies, but at the cost of low pay.

Dislikes

1) Morningstar is one of the lowest_paying companies compared to industry standards. 2) There is zero tranparency regarding promotion and appaisals. 3) The company has a very high turnover for the above reasons.
