Hybrid Environment Work life balance

Dislikes

No Further growth for employee staying more then 10 yrs in Mstar. Manager from mostly tech team are harassing old employee so in frustration they can resign/leave the organisation.

The people here are best, and the work to be done is flexible and also they have this daily targets, weekly targets and monthly targets , which can be effectively be completed within the given time frame.

Dislikes

The work seems to get stagnant and seems to bore some people , but there is constant new opportunities where one can apply for positions in different team as per their qualifications and curiousness.

The company has a great culture, people are treated with respect. Employees are given time to perform if they are struggling. The office has a very flexible time schedule and work hours. As long as the work gets done no one will interfere with when you login or log out. Promotions are dependent on business growth. However, the promotion hikes are barely 20%.

Dislikes

The company offers very limited pay with 4-6% hike on every appraisal. It's a great company to be at when you are already satisfied with your pay and want to keep pace with inflation. Not when you are looking to grow.

On all the negative points that i have mentioned they always keep talking about good work culture which is confined to the fact that you can take leave anytime you want.

Dislikes

No skill development, no credible work, very below the average salary. You wouldn't reach a six figure salary even after 4 or 5 years working in the company.

The team with product consulting mixes 3 jobs into one role and is severely overworked with no proper sick leaves and sick leaves being considered as unplanned which affect your KPIs if more than 3 in a month. That's just terrible. Work hours and conditions are terrible. Other teams in the company have much better working conditions

They have very good work life balance and they are more like a family company culture is so good but for growth prospects we can't Rely on This.

Dislikes

The pay is not upto the mark as compared to other peer companies since they follow median pay. Even after performing Extremely well they pay you very less.

The work culture is pretty good if you compare it to the Big 4s or the major Indian firms. The work itself is not too stressful, although it depends on your team and the manager.

Dislikes

Expect absolutely 0% growth in your career and skills during your time here. This is a dead end job which will just be good to pay your bills but kill your growth in the long run. It’s like working at a 100 year old Indian Public Bank with the same systems and processes, copy and paste model. You’ll always feel stuck and frustratedhere no matter how long you’ve been here. I’d advise working at a different company where you’ll have to burn the midnight oil for a year, but could equip yourself with the right skills ensuring long term growth. This job is for those who’ve been defeated by luck, who were left with no other choice but to accept this job. If you are in a desperate need of a job, like many people in the country at the moment, then you can go for this one.
