Encouragement to provide out of the box ideas for betterment of the company's methodology and promotion of learning and development and upskilling of employees.

Dislikes

No direct neutral person to contact for the freshers/employees not at managerial position. Cannot contact to HR/T&C team directly without informing to reporting manager/Team leaders.
