Moretasks is full of opportunities and growth for there employees. The culture in the organization is very friendly and kind and everyone is very hospitable from the top to bottom. Quality to the customers is the main priority here and mistakes here are taken as mistakes and not as crimes. They care a lot about the growth of there employees and offers free services in books and online courses. Work life balance is great, you do not need to work for more than your working hours which are only 8.5 and leaves are also granted easily on prior requests and emergency situations. I have been working in MoreTasks for almost a year now. This is my first job and I love every aspect of my job. The thing that I like most is the outstanding work culture. MoreTasks has provided me with this great opportunity to work with such amazing people. All of them are supportive, talented, and welcoming. I get to learn so many things from everyone on a daily basis. My mentors and team members encourage me to perform and do better every day. Sometimes, we had insane workflow. However, all of us manage everything by working together and helping each other. Dislikes

I do not dislike anything. I believe the only thing that needs improvement is the internet connectivity. The internet service is quite slow at times which disturbs our productivity during the time of massive workflow.

I work as a Customer Service Executive. As customer service Executives, we resolve the respective queries of the customers via emails and chats. My specific role has helped me tremendously to improve my communication and interpersonal skills.
