The Organization offers quite relaxed work atmosphere and urges every individual to take more simple responsibilities that helps in grooming of skills and personality in overall. The access to Top Management is very smooth and any concerns are heard with open mind. I found everyone helpful.

Dislikes

I did not enjoy the training process much as it was on job training rather than providing training first and then joining / going live. You have opportunity to grow if you can multitask and own more responsibilities while improving your overall skills. All Team members are helpful.

The work culture is extremely progressive. People are encouraged to take more initiatives. Some of the facilities provided by the top management of the company are impeccable. The company has more to offer than promised and expected.

Some of the policies could be improved, the work-life balance needs to be established

Work Details

My experience so far has been great and exponential. I have grown both personally and professionally as a person. Recently I have been awarded the Employee of the Month award as well. It's a new learning-each day, thing.
