This is my first office job and so far it is a good experience, people are so much fun and you learn something new every day. there are new initiatives every month that the company takes to boost the capabilities of their employees. there are team outings to keep the employees motivated

The HR department is sometimes very inconvenient to respond to internal issues regarding appraisal and contract renewal.

My work is to solve customer queries and also give them after-sales services if they are unhappy with the product, talking to the customer on phone calls helped me a lot in overcoming my fears of communication.
