Company is good but only for the freshers because there is not security of anything TL is good teammates are good environment is also good the company but Only problem is, there is no opportunity of growth you only work there year to year but no improvement you will get Tl are same every year nothing will change, salary is also okk but there is huge insentive that's why it is beneficial.

My experience is also same now from 5 months I become a senior executive because my... Seniors are resigned. Also I'm work there 10 hours but the shift is for 9 hours only and I'm not getting any benefit of it.
