I was able to learn a lot. complex assignments were given, I had to skill up fast as expectations were high due to lead role. I was able to deliver mostly.

They are going through restructuring. Shut 41 branches in phase 1. Now going to shut more in phase 2.I got laid off after barely 2 and half months. Severance package was laughably abysmal. They don't give notice period. it happened be like a discussion at the end of my shift. "this is your last working day". I was given some hogwashabout not meeting expectations.But There were lot of other departments which caused escalations regularly. I felt I was treated unfairly. Its "work only" culture. there was never any engagement activity or cultural events in my short tenure.
