Company strategy from top management is good which can be profitable

Few Old system people spoiled whole region specific in east in hypermart .only making politics. They are only support those people's who has worked in system with them.they have actually not deserve that position which they held. No Hr intervention. Hr policy is not work there No ethics Violation of code of conduct Slang language Different rule for different manager If though their senior know he is getting personal, still no action from senior. Demoralizing,all failure pressure on given on sm without giving responsibility. Sometimes physically assaulted Only hr lots of mail coming. Which never seen implemented in ground . Keeping some back up people for their meeting & their official job ,like concal, ppt preparing ,sql data only appreciate them, because of they work for him. Hr should speak mysteriously with ground staff. Hr never questioned them why so many attrition. Overall Bad working eenvironment which leads to high attrition. Employee sustainable is zero Company training never work for longer time. I think company has not choices for senior position, so they forcefully given promote to such people who doesn't deserve that. I have personal suggestions Pls take strict accountability of those people company have been paying you, you need to give profitable for the region, otherwise you left like they given me such pressure, with insulting infront of all ground staff. Keep a record of same from hr mail to him Hope my feed back helps others who are genuine good at career to retain in more. It is a good company i wanted to give my best skill & experience to work at least for 3 year, but for one man politics after his lots of pressure i have not left, he has used demotion policy to exit me. So for self respect & daily humiliation at work place i left that job. So if top management really wants to change the working environment Pls intervin....Read More
