Everything/everone is new in cluding the to mangement is new and lot of confusion in every department hence lots of young taletvis leaving with in 6months, I heard MRPL used to be a great place before Dec'21 and no longer, post that. Lot of job cuts and even the newly inboarded employees were asked to leave with in 3months if joining due to frequent change in management and lot of internal issues No room for innovation and no body especially the ExCOMS who sits HO keep on experimenting with the ground staff, products, customers, resulting a huge chaos an unpleasant experience in all employees as well as customers....Read More

Work culture - They have a slogging culture. No Work Life Balance - 6 days working. And so much work that you feel like you have to work on the 7th day also.
