I was able to learn a lot. complex assignments were given, I had to skill up fast as expectations were high due to lead role. I was able to deliver mostly.

They are going through restructuring. Shut 41 branches in phase 1. Now going to shut more in phase 2.I got laid off after barely 2 and half months. Severance package was laughably abysmal. They don't give notice period. it happened be like a discussion at the end of my shift. "this is your last working day". I was given some hogwashabout not meeting expectations.But There were lot of other departments which caused escalations regularly. I felt I was treated unfairly. Its "work only" culture. there was never any engagement activity or cultural events in my short tenure. Those activities got stopped after they got separated from Aditya Birla group I guess. 15 member hr team handling 15k employee. you will improve your productivity and cross-learning happens. but it increases your workload too....Read More

Work culture - They have a slogging culture. No Work Life Balance - 6 days working. And so much work that you feel like you have to work on the 7th day also. You end up working for 15hours + on almost a daily basis. No job security - People are getting fired day in and day out. Performance Driven - You are getting dragged to work full on or else you fear you might also get kicked out! Travel - You have to travel extensively.
