This is one of the best organization for work and personal life balance. Work culture is healthy and supportive in career growth.

Only concerns related to Indian HR dept. , they are bit dependent on every small decision on Global HR team. However Global HR dept. is quite responsive and proactive in handling employees queries.

Working as a cloud solution architect. Opportunities for learning are great with MORE as here all leading clouds are in use for example AWS/GCP/AZURE and ORACLE.
