Good team, an informal working culture.

Dislikes

no opportunity for work-life balance, management often being blind to the obvious problems at the office (like an incompetent team lead) until it reaches a very poor state, hierarchy created between teams at the office and no sense of equal treatment (some jobs are considered inferior or less important to others), no scope for salary negotiation, minimum employee benefits.

Work Details

Extremely hectic, monotonous, and often mechanical.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
