As an employee of this company I would like to say that it is the company which gave me the first chance to show my skill and talent. I like to work at Moople Academy because it has the scope to build or train your skill . There are no such work politics that you have to think about it. Seniors and HODs are extremely cooperative and helpful.

In my point of view The working hour should decreased as we have to serve 9.30 hour/day( Monday to Friday).

Working at the moople institute of animation & design is fantastic for several reason. the creative environment is incredibly inspiring. Sorrounded by talented artist & designer.There's always something new to learn.

one potential downside is the pressure to consistently produce high quality work. Pressure to constantly innovate & excel, which can be sometime stressful.

The culture is awesome at Moople. The management is very supportive and always welcomes your ideas and views. The infrastructure is great. Best thing about working here is there is no micromanagement which gives you complete freedom and flexibility to do things in your own way.

Nothing except the course structure

Dislikes

No worklife balance . Their will be no Sundays no national holidays .. 9-7 was good but trusting only on sales and not on marketing. The franchise I worked for doesn't have a hr ,the receptionist plays the hr the admin,only one single washroom for male and female. The centre head will comment on the jewelry the dress .
