No worklife balance . Their will be no Sundays no national holidays .. 9-7 was good but trusting only on sales and not on marketing. The franchise I worked for doesn't have a hr ,the receptionist plays the hr the admin,only one single washroom for male and female. The centre head will comment on the jewelry the dress .

1) No Job Security 2) Never join this company 3) Lots of Groupism 4) Unprofessional HR team. 5) Anytime you might be loose your job. 6) Poor customer service 7) HOD team is just like a puppet in front of management. They will not not give you 2nd chance. 8) Management team should have to keep and listen employee's last word before leaving the company. They are very much unprofessional. 9) Some Branch Center Manager thought that, they are the owner of the company. They never respect others. And this behavior support by HR.
