Favouritism and Discrimination: The workplace suffers from blatant favouritism. Certain CXOs engage in inappropriate relationships and play favourites, particularly with female employees. This results in disproportionate salary hikes (50-60%) post-appraisal cycles and exclusive perks, such as flexible hours and work-from-home options, while other employees face stringent monitoring and are penalized for minor infractions. 3. This place is only for girls to work.They should actually stop hiring male employees.The top management is too biased towards girls and is there only for their ESOPs and is earning money by making fool of the promoters.They hardly care for the company and it's image.P.S Leave , WFH, Appraisal policies is different for everyone based on favouritism

Company culture is so good. One can easily accommodate from the very first week of joining. Team managers are so understanding. Work life balance is great.
