I like that I have been planning to quit for ages but stuck here because I am yet to find a good company. I learnt from my stint at Moody's that a good brand name does not always mean a good work place.

Dislikes

There is no growth plan or encouragement for growth from the management. There is no concept of rewards and recognition. There is no employee engagement. The office space is not at all good. There is no skill developement or help in terms of education assistance so employees cannot add any skills to their resumed-color: #fff5e4;">. There is no work culture or real office culture except work and go home</mark>. Even the most basic facilities such as child care and cafeteria and benefits like soft skill training are missing. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
