They quarantine me for 28days and cut my all remaining leaves ,I informed to our HOD Mr. Dhruva biswas on 1/5/2020 when I came from my native place he was no idea that what action should be take.After 5days he said to go again to home and get certificate of quarantine to prove or join the duty.

Disgusting working culture they always rate their favourite old employees who are there personal friend and ignore the efforts of new one whatever he is well qualified and having more experience.

I joined the company in the 2012 after all India level written exam and GD, PI. During the recruitment process, they offered a good package but after joining everything changed against the employee. Management of the company is dependent upon the outsourcing and it was a pathetic experience.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
