Its a start up so always there will be a risk to job security. Company have a good market but very poor process in industry. In past one year there no any sign of improvement in process but everymonth sales target will get increased.

Dislikes

They will ask you to work on holidays and daily extending of shift for one hour. Basically B 2 B model but they want to work like D 2 C model. Which will not work at all And yes working model is like a call centre auto dialer
