Worst working culture ( ceo is at fault as he trust few elite individuals )Who are actually spoiling his company and burning the money of him and his investors) HR the most non sense person in the office as she is interested in extra curriculum than work. Always busy in office politics i barely saw her working No growth, No promotions neither employee nor company is growing as company and it’s employees themselves don’t have any idea about company vision and mission everyone who’s working in the organisation are coming for fun and salary. Startup/fast-paced culture. Lot to learn for people with lesser experience. Lots of new projects to be taken up. Good work is appreciated where it's due. Opportunities also given to people who are not from the industry, even myself.

Dislikes

A lot of open projects at the same time with no fruitation for majority of them. A bit of focused efforts can drive better results. Data management practices can be improved.

Everything. The ceo thinks extremely supremely of himself. He is openly biased to some of his gossipmonger fellows. Ir doesn’t seem much like people are interested in doing business. Politics, micro management, toxic work culture, inconsiderate and everything in between!
