The staff at money2me is united and supportive except the management and their family members working as an employee.

Dislikes

Everything. The two directors are married to each other they abuse each other verbally and physically in front of whole office staff. They abuse everyone in the office. They don't value people. They don't respect people or their work. It's very negative environment to work. No salary increment based on performance increment is based on favoritism. Good work environment and culture immense to learn. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.Company policies are good, there is never issues with salary.

Dislikes

Properly there's nothing to dislike.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training. But i learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me to get a taste of different roles within the same team
