An organisation with no ethics or culture . Top management keeps changing very frequently...as a result who ever comes in drives his/her own agendas & executives at ground level suffer. There is nothing called as job security in Mondelez. An advice for freshers specially....never join Mondelez if it ur 1st company.

Dislikes

An organisation with no culture or ethics & specially top level management is the main cause....of Mondelez as on date has several vacancies but they couldn't find suitable executives or asm to fill up the gap.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
