Working environment is good. Scope for skill enhancememt, if you get the time. U'll get support from colleges, and every support is counted. Salary hikes as per industry standards, but depends on the company situation. Management want's us to feel great, but eventually its end up as a desire. No worries about the 1year or 2year bonds, they can make you leave at any point.

Well, any company dislikes starts with Management and pay scale. Management's u can see here, as salary and career growth, those things will be a crime to discuss here. Percentage hike per year depends on company's propaganda s. Salary hike said to be as market primisis but get least of them all.

Work Details

Intresting role play at the time of joining, basing on the candidate area of expertise the position will not allocated. In starting onwards have to learn to jumbling the role to role.
