All the colleagues are very good and supportive. Organization provides good leave. Managers are also very supportive and so much to learn.

No appreciation for clinicians for the work. Therapy place is very small and congested.

Deduction of 2k every month. We can have the amount totally on completion of the year but we have to loss the amount if we quit the job in between. Sunday is the only week off,not on Saturdays.

There is so much to learn throughout the journey in mom's belief. Good amount of leaves are been provided in the organisation. All the team members are very supportive.

Personally felt that there were no appreciations given for the clinicians for their efforts in the centre. The space provided for the therapies is small.
