Average salary hike. Limited designations. Too many meetings. Vertical growth option only for those dedicated 24 hours and good in data analyser. Operation team gets attention then supportive staff.

Rotational shift work culture is the type of a hectatic thing which no any employee like. And I genuinely feel same like it.

Timing flexibility only is there. And good to start as a fresher but don't go beyond 1 year in this company.

1. Worst culture 2. Worst politics 3. Worst illiterate peoples are working as a production supervisor and line leader and planning and moral less all the manufacturing cft team members. Except few member people are like acid. 4. A** licking persons you can find easily in this office. And I am talking about BHP India plant of molex(harness plant) 5. no ethics, no standard, no proper planning. If you want to survive here then you must have a** licking skill of supervisors, voice raise without any fundamental logic and gossips against others.
