Yes. Molex India pat ltd is the first company am working for... the subline for Molex is "the word of innovation " and actually that was true.. am very happy to be the part of Molex India pat ltd.. I learned a lot .. thanks to molex

I was line leader and I ws handling 50 to 60 manpower .. my main work is 1. To arrange all required raw materials before setting up the line 2.Maintaining high efficiency 3.achieving day wise target effectively 4.coordinate with all the manpower

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
