1. Worst culture 2. Worst politics 3. Worst illiterate peoples are working as a production supervisor and line leader and planning and moral less all the manufacturing cft team members. Except few member people are like acid. 4. A** licking persons you can find easily in this office. And I am talking about BHP India plant of molex(harness plant) 5. no ethics, no standard, no proper planning. If you want to survive here then you must have a** licking skill of supervisors, voice raise without any fundamental logic and gossips against others.
