Basically the office is housing the accounts & sales person handling all distributors & Entire garden activity from a single point.Administration or any decesion making is also handled by accounts head who pretends as the second owner of the company.Any Experience professional is ought to feel uncomfortable due to to peculiar attitude of sales Lady who is solely talks rudely just to make her presence felt in front of Boss.. Non co operative staff with lack of professionalism .So called HR in sister concern handles the documentation part only with no further responsibility towards employee welfare or issues. Moreover misguide the owner giving negative impression camouflaging her irresponsible act towards employee .Not good for Administrative position but only back office manual work with no Specific job role other than Sales Activity.Work presure is extreme with extended working hours due to less man power with no flexibility.Policies are quite backward related to present system & leave benefits of 14 days applicable after 1 year if somebody stays .Salary after 7 th or depends .Here one person plays double role like Front office cum Boss Assistant role which is a hidden fact.HR only calls several times after you leave the job. Experienced people should look for better option rather than accepting disrespect from Junior staff who simply assign you job other than your reporting authority & misbehaves a lot..Therefore there is no specfic post & eventually motivated to becomes All purpose Executive. Would not recomend senior person, to work in such an environment full of with mean minded person like Biswajit or kesari, who fears to loose their importance onboarding new employee at similar position or higher level.These people including Psedo HR will never let anybody grow .Just disappointing....Read More
