The company suites only for the fresher / intern. If the person politically good enough than technical , Yes this a right place for him/her.

Dislikes

No growth in carrier , Micro management , No transparency. No appraisal, No salary on time , No growth technically. Management not let you think innovative.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
