The owner is a traditional small time business man from Kanpur who has wishes to grow big hence was on hireing spree for people from the likes of HUL in 2013. His behavior with such people was good.

Dislikes

The company directors except for the MD do not have long term plans . Their only objective is short term profit making come what may. There is a lot of infighting among the directors which has a complete negative atmosphere within the organisation.
