Dislikes

I don't think I do have a single point which i dislike about the college. We can work a little on communication skills to enhance the services we provide.

Work Details

Work life is sometimes busy but we do get time to relax out. I get a lot of opportunities to improve myself in varied areas.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
