Timely salary, that's it.

Well, there's a lot to talk on this, but I'll keep it short. 1. They hire bad talent, alot of people I saw hired were really bad at basic skills. 2. Job security, they fire people a lot. 3. It's not a tech company, it's more of a business company, so no new technologies being used, busi ness rules the tech, tech don't have a backbone. 4. Lot if heirarchy game, everybody on a level tries to make the above level person happy even though people below them are having a bad time. 5. Very manipulating managers, who know how to get work done from juniors even by hook or crook or by giving them false promises. 6. On techside they don't follow any structure, no documentation of code, no code reviews, no one gives a damn about quality....Read More

Work Details

Very bad, work life balance. No team spirit, no good culture. No motivation for good work. They don't give a damn about employees until resignation.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
