Likes

1 - Decent startup providing adequate compensation. 2 - Decent working environment. 3 - Good open doors culture. 4 - Most people are really helpful.

Dislikes

1 - Lack of growth opportunities at Junior levels. 2 - Lots of politics to be played in a select few office locations. 3 - No benefits except health insurance. 4 - Some directors are not a pleasure to work with.

The management part is very unprofessional they scold to people on the floor.their is huge communication gap between the company and there Hired consultancy.Consultant person didn't told the hole senerio of the new joine employee just because of there insensitive and all and after the joing company raise the hand that we don't know any thing and ask do have any written proof.

Dislikes

They did not support his employees even if there emergency case like leaves for the exams the do not give the the permission and if somebody escalate on hire level this situation they scold on employee that how did you do that I am so much surprised that there hire management is also so much unprofessional. they easily ignore the email and never respond on them.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
