Dislikes

Individually driven centre’s, No genuine interest to help inter dependent departments. Micro management in some departments. Bad processes. Central team is not aligned to regional team in many way.

Likes

Terrible experience in moglix lab. No cooperation. Nothing is organised there. Everyone comes with their new ideas. Company's VP is always busy in international traveling. Worst experience.

Dislikes

No working hours schedule. Culture is worst. Reporting manager are not cooperative. No one knows how to run the operation. All running like headless chicken 🐔.
