myself kalpesh chavan i was a technician at modi Hyundai workshop i did job for 2years and 9month then bcoz of pandemic situation and family i left with the job. And then when i requested for my experience letter they helped me in starting and now they r not giving any response from there side. plz help me out for my worked experience letter.

Modi hyundai vasai workshop CFO is very good person who actually understand the situation to accounts person as well other employees. Gautam sir and nidhi mam also very supportive got new staff.

Vasai workshop is fully occupied with politics. If you are shake your head like bull then all will be good. When left employees are rejoined to vasai workshop they are assuming that the workshop is theire Papa's house, if group is not like to any employee thet internally employees will try to you for byebye. D

You get to learn many new things in the role at the company As a Team leader I learnt a lot of things and handling a good number of team belonging from different departments and location.

Dislikes

Politics is way too much, sometimes it feels like people are targeting only you for even their mistakes. People at junior level get low salary so don't expect professional behaviour from anyone. Even my salary is low when compared to designation as Team leader.
