It is work experience of Modern medisciences , it is pharmaceutical division, They hold expenses cut salary for any short of reason and never return back, forget incentive, No petrol allowances and travelling expenses. Expectation is high like multinational company and expenses are like D grade company

Dislikes

No settlement of employees, Holding expenses for long time for 3 month for all field working employees Salary not on time Expenses comes too delay on up to 18nth

Work Details

Work life is poor, No system, every time we have to do everything thing as new launching organization .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
