Mostly the management is poor and the staff don't support you on any projects, you are basically on your own. Also, the washroom is very dirty, they don't clean it often. Everything here is required on urgent basis, don't get to take even a little rest during work.

Worst management , owner on shopfloor , worst job security , small mistake happened then in whatssapp group ask for resign , there no professionalism, senior don't work just sit in office .
