Timing are very flexible and it's good for those who want to work from home and want to manage family as well the work. They pay good as per the industry standard and salary is always on time

Personally what I feel is that for me work from home is not suitable because I feel there was communication gap in my teams between me and my team leader because what I can discuss in 2 mins and clear my doubts takes the whole day to for discussion to take place and it's good for those who can work independently and what I feel is that there problem in work management here sometimes you given some task and u started doing it and in the next day that task is stoped and you were given completely different task and u might wonder there is no clarity how I should I proceed you might thing you are not productive but it's was not your fault it was the team leader fault for not giving you clear instructions most of the time there will be apis issue in the system from backend but still you have to justify as the front end developer but this depends on your team leader but this was my experience with the team leader and with my team there was not much clarity with the work sometimes too much dependency on one and one more things it is hybrid model but no one comes to office they will come 2 times in a month something you will feel left over if you are new employee with less then 3 yrs exp...Read More
