Likes

Company cares for its employees. I have seen many companies with minimum to no structure at all for work which results in employees having to work more than 50 or 60 hours a week. In mobiquity work is well structured and people have good work Life balance.

Dislikes

The company doesn't have cab facilities for Pune office. Company model does not work on onsite opportunities so there is a slim chance of you getting that.

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
