In this company one can get good exposure to various tools.

Dislikes

I observed work-life balance is not as good as i expected.No JOB security.More working hours including oncall support for projects.one need to attend for cost oriented trainings even if he is not interested.One who is looking for only more packages can opt this company.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
