The culture here is too good, we di have cost cuts like every other start ups but it is never at the cost of employee benefits. The company is people oriented and so are the co founders. You have a great legal and finance team. Some great product managers and also always dynamic.

Dislikes

I do not like how people who came in early think that they are the owners and there is a bit of favoritism. Some attrition in leadership.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. The office is good, you have everything there. HR team was supportive in every possible aspects.

Dislikes

Poor strategy on everything either it's hiring, firing, process building, aligning resources. You can't give your ideas because they prefer to follow the lame process and not to enhance it. Job security is a joke here if you perform with your 100% and give output. They just take call to terminate/force resign.

they sacked 60% of engineers in the name of gst thing, havnt seen anyone else taking this hard route. so basically once they are done with you they will kick you out of mpl system, which is very frustrating, and felt little cheated.

My Team Culture was the best thing. Everything was transparent within the team and I worked with highly skilled folks.
