There is nothing like supporting, instead, they have postponed the appraisal cycle, increments. However, it was pending for a long time.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Salary appraisal, Increments, Variables, anything related to money (employee-related) is not in the dictionary of the CEO/Director. They do not take the employees as an asset, they think employees as labors.
