Got exposure I guess. Got to see how the mobile phones are manufactured. You get to visit Samsung too. Has a well working pantry. Koreans are nice most of the time. Not all Koreans though.

Very poor and toxic work environment. You'll get stuck in office politics for no reason. You'll have to favor your bosses so that they don't go against you. You might even get fired if they want to. In fact in my department, Mr Rajnish always fired an employee after every 5-6 months. Infact in my stay itself, I saw 2-3 ppl from my department get fired. They are never satisfied. I mean not everyone can be at fault at work, can they? Some employees there are mannerless and dont behave properly with women. I recall I had a creepy stalker there. Almost no career growth. Also they will often call you on Sundays when there is a high demand for production, without giving a holiday as compensation later on. So you might end up working all 7 days a week like a majdur. I had the WORST working experience in this stupid company. Sooo glad I left this toxic place. It's seriously not worth it working here....Read More
