I encountered several issues throughout my interaction with the company and its employees, which I believe are areas in need of improvement. Lack of value and respect for employees: During my time with the company, I obse rved a lack of appreciation and respect towards the employees. It seemed that they were treated merely as labor without proper recognition for their efforts and contributions. Poor adherence to timelines: Another concern I encountered was the company's inability to meet deadlines and honor time commitments. This lack of punctuality and adherence to schedules not only affected my experience but also showcased a lack of professionalism. Insufficient consideration for employee well-being: I was disappointed to find that the company did not provide adequate holiday or vacation benefits for its employees. This disregard for work-life balance and the well-being of the workforce raises concerns about the company's overall employee care. Lack of effective leadership: I noticed that the senior management team exhibited poor leadership skills, which trickled down to the overall work environment. Their inability to set a positive example for the employees contributed to the issues I experienced during my time with the company.
