In January 1984 I joined M N DASTUR & Company. Our Managing Director MND (Minoo Nariman Dastur) Pioneer of steel Industry in India. He was God for all staff members. He was treated us as a family member till he was alive. He was Great human being. Working with MND was a golden days of my life. I learned so much from the company. Onething I always appreciate that company was giving each & every detail of the part of the structure. But sorry to tell you that after MND no proper system to work no value of sincerity all good people really hard working left the company after MND. Now I am retired from the company.
