This company is really a ladder to skill development, learning, innovative as we go to site learn practically. the Head office Calcutta is a good guiding path.

The Job security is worst, anytime you can be out of office. Identification good, quality people by knowledge, hard work stamina is poor as partiality to employers from HODs move and is unseen by Head office Calcutta. It has lost good number of talent efficient employees.

creates politics and not allow to work and do good job. Harrase people from doing good job. Few people are saddist and selfish and they dont allow to work and be happy. Do false propoganda to survive. No guidance from the superior.

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
