The only thing that i liked about Jardine Llyod Thompson was compensation & Benefits.
Process training is not provided to the newly joined employee at a team manager level and is expected to perform and handle client calls efficiently in a weeks time. Grevience management is very poor for team managers and above. There is a lot of favouritism in the organisation.

Employee centric company. Good benefits compared to other companies.
HR department doesn't respond for refferal, neither they are concerned about attrition rate. If any employee complaints or resign they don't have any self initiative to ask also why employee is leaving because in company salary issue is not the reason. 1. A very poor manager assigned to our team he just got promoted as he is long time working with mercer no other quality of handling big sizes of team. 2.
