Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? It's a good company, but not actually.

6 days working. strict in office activities. You can't take your personal calls. Have to report each and every activity with the HR. Some monopoly is also going on.

The only thing I liked about this company is the technology stack and my team. They are not supporting me through covid 19 lockdown. They resume the office on June 1 and pressurized me to come back.

Dislikes

Management is worst. Senior most person are egoistic. Company policies are not employee centric. Only 2 -3 people make policies even without considering the opinions of team leads. They hire you with fake promise regarding salaries and if you raise your voice they will start searching your replacement.

In one word - WORST.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
