Nothing to like working at MM Forgings

As far as secretary position in top heads department is concerned, it's terrible to work as a 2nd assistant/secretary. I mean there are 2 secretaries always in top heads department. Those who are joining as 2nd secretary, will lose his job at any time even though if he is a good performer and getting poor/average/high/very high salary and not like 1st secretaries who are working for more than 15 - 20 years. Management will not show any courtesy and will terminate these 2nd secretaries without any valid reason. My advice is if a person who is really having dependant and commitment to run his family with a salary getting from M M Forgings job, he should not join here with a planning of continuing in long run....Read More
