Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! This is the worst company I have came across. It was a biggest blunder to join this. Even if you have no job still don't join this company. Starting with interview, they will give you false promises. Once joined they expect you to work for 12 hours minimum. Somehow they manage your salary up to 75 %. They will give you false reasons for 25% salary cut related with performance. Company culture is owner based,so people who are dearer to the owner govern your presence. Once these people tell your any feedback to the owner your job is gone....Read More
